UK Overnight & International Courier: Additional Charges Explained
Your shipment may incur additional charges if any of the following statements apply.
| Unable to complete delivery on 1st or 2nd attempt. | PoA |

| Items that are not compatible with the automated sort facilities. (i.e. tubes; cylinders; irregularly shaped items; items with loose carrying straps or handles (such as bags with shoulder straps); items that must be kept upright; items that are encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood; sacks; buckets; tyres; items that stick to the sortation equipment (such as items wrapped in cling film and bubble wrap and those wrapped with excessive tape and strapping); etc.). | £12.10 per item |
| Items with the longest dimension exceeding 100cms. Second longest exceeding 70cms. | £12.10 per item |
| Items with the longest dimension exceeding 150cms. With girth and length combined (2Height+2Width+1Length) over 300cms. Weight OR average parcel weight over 30kgs. | £65 per item |

Our charges for UK Overnight & International services are based on the total of the greater of the actual volume weight of each item in each shipment.
To calculate the billable weight of your shipment:
- Weigh each item in your shipment, round up the weight to the nearest 0.5kg.
- Calculate the volumetric weight by multiplying the length x width x height (in cms) of each item and dividing the resulting number by 5,000, round up the result to the nearest 0.5kg.
For multi-piece shipments add the greater of the actual or volume weight of each item in the shipment.
