We’re delighted to reveal our latest set of CitySprint hero award winners.

Due to the high standard and sheer volume of nominations, the judges decided to choose two winners for each CitySprint Value.

Awards were sent out to the following winners for Q4:

Accountability – Tara Oldfield and Terry Clinton, London South Operations
Reliability – Daniella Marson, London South Customer Service and Ian Croydon, Bristol Compliance
Empathy – Jo Clifford, Swindon Sales and Tom Fletcher-Wiltshire, Warwick Customer Service
