Launching the CitySprint Promise

Following on from our annual conference in January, which focused on how we can provide customers with a first class delivery service every time, I am delighted to announce the launch of the CitySprint Promise - our guide to helping us achieve this.

Delivery can be a complicated business and sometimes, we don’t get it right – but we like to think that we do everything we can to keep our word. This isn't just a piece of well-written corporate copy that sits on our intranet or gathers dust on our desk – it’s something we live and breathe every day.

That’s why we built it with the help of employees and customers; it’s a benchmark by which we may be judged, and defines the CitySprint culture and the values of our business. It's about going the extra mile; being transparent and reliable, ensuring every job is done to the best of our ability; and being honest and accountable when things go wrong.
