Introducing our Q4 ‘Delivering what matters’ awards winners

11 March 2025

We are thrilled to announce the last of the 2024 award winners who have gone above and beyond to deliver what matters to our customers, colleagues, and wider communities.

The ‘Delivering what matters’ recognition scheme is designed to highlight the colleagues who stand out for demonstrating the right behaviours in the workplace and reward them accordingly. Every quarter, we select six winners that represent each one of our core values – accountability, caring, flexibility, honesty, passion, and respect. By demonstrating these values, we hope to always deliver what matters to our customers, colleagues, and wider communities.

Without further ado, here are 2024’s quarter 4 winners of the ‘Delivering what matters’ awards:

1. Accountability – Lisa B.

“Lisa’s accountability and flexibility during a very busy Q4 made sure our London South and Croydon operations ran smoothly despite the many occurring changes. She stepped up to support colleagues, couriers and clients, proving to be an invaluable asset to both our London South location and the business as a whole.”

2. Caring – Scott W.

“Scott truly cares about his work and the people he supports. He’s always willing to help others and solve problems, helping to foster a positive and helpful environment. Recently, Scott also took the initiative to raise a wider issue outside of his area, which has now been resolved to the benefit of others.”

3. Flexibility – Manognya P.

“Last December, Mano took on a huge Power BI challenge that originated elsewhere but affected many of our colleagues across our Sales and Finance departments. Her flexibility and calmness under significant time constraints and pressure meant that she was able to translate the necessary code and data, delivering the bonus and commission reports needed to hit the December payroll deadline.”

4. Honesty – Olivia C.

“After facing a number of issues with one of our client contracts at our Manchester site, Olivia was entrusted with looking after the vital contract. Her hard work and dedication have helped transform our results and performance, whilst Olivia has simultaneously built a great rapport with the aforementioned client and improved the working relationship.”

5. Passion – Max B.

“Max is an exceptional operations manager who consistently embodies passion in everything he does. His commitment to client satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial awareness during a period of difficulty truly stood out. Max thrives on delivering the highest standards of service, ensuring that our clients’ needs are always exceeded.”

6. Respect – Ann P.

“Ann’s tireless work on one of our key accounts that service 23 London boroughs has ensured that all boroughs continue to be delighted with our services. Her vigilance and communication for what can be a demanding account is so appreciated that many of the included boroughs have given us exceptional feedback, especially for Ann personally.”

We’d like to offer a huge and well-deserved congratulations to all of this quarter’s winners. As always, a special mention to all the other nominees for being recognised by their colleagues for demonstrating the CitySprint values must also be mentioned. Keep doing what you’re doing and continue to always deliver what matters!
