Using the World Options online portal in question, a local business requested our same day delivery option to fulfil an urgent requirement.
At 2pm on the day, our client requested a parcel collection but expected the driver to arrive the next day as the location was in a remote area. To his surprise, 30 minutes after the order had been placed, a dedicated courier driver arrived and collected the desired parcels.
Last minute adjustments
Specific requirements were requested by the client, such as the location point, the size of the vehicle and other warehousing details. Over the phone and online, our experts integrated all the requests to ensure the client could have their parcels delivered on time.

From Essex to Birmingham, the parcels weighing up to 215kg travelled a total distance of 120 miles and arrived within the scheduled time for the client.
